The Classics Club

Introducing a Fellow Classics Club Member

This month’s meme over at #theclassicsclub is to mingle and feature a fellow club member on our blog. The member list is seriously long…so i decided to use the random letter generator to help out. It chose letter V. I didn’t even thing there would be any V’s… but there are quite a few!

The blog I choose to feature is The Vince Review, run by author/reviewer Paula Vince! This blog started back in 2011 and has some great content including cleverly-named reviews, fascinating reading lists and fun discussions. My two favorite posts include the Back to the Classics reading challenge and Classics & Best Sellers Road Test where she helps you find a good book to read. Also, i have to mention that she features a lot of the word cloud classic editions….which we know i love from my last post!

Great blog, I highly recommend it!

I'm an avid reader and love most all books, but my favorite genres tend to be mystery, adventure, science fiction and classics. Genres I tend to shy away from include romance, contemporary fiction and chick lit. If I’m not actually reading books, I’m probably at work shelving them at my local library.

Hey, thanks heaps for the share 🙂 It’s much appreciated. There certainly are many, many members of the Classics Clubs, and I’m so glad you decided to search the V’s. Yes, those Cloud Classics add an extra sensory dimension to the reading experience, and I love them too. I own only four so far, but that’ll change as time goes on. I’m sure I’ll be back to visit your lovely blog in the future.
