#FridayFeature Crimival by R.L. Walker
This week’s book is a book i received for review. I will be posting my review today also, so be on the look out if this sounds interesting to you. Next week, I’ll still be reading Wildcat and Moby Dick! I hope to finish Wildcat soon, so maybe a review in the next few weeks? Really enjoying it so far. For Mody Dick, I’m following the official Schedule.
FEATURE FRIDAY

YA Paranormal/Mystery | 145 Pages | Pub. 2019
Zoe is back for another summer of adventure. This time she is trying her hand at running her own business selling her idea of deep-fried soda pop. She quickly learns the ups and downs of starting a business and that she needs to balance her crime-solving with her day job. This time things could get deadly when the rides start falling apart literally. Will her telepathic powers be strong enough to stop disaster before it strikes?
QUESTION OF THE WEEK
You’ve dropped your favorite book while being chased by a herd of zombies. Would you go back to retrieve it?
Hmmm…very heard question. It depends on many factors! (1) How close are the zombies and how fast are they running? (2) Is the book mine or the library’s copy? (3) If my book, is it a hardcover or a paperback? (4) Is it new or a special edition? (5) Do the zombies look interested in the book or will it be safe to come back later to retrieve?
This post is part of the “Friday Feature” series, which consists of “First Line Friday”, hosted by Hoarding Books, “Books Beginnings”, hosted by Rose City Reader, and “The Friday 56”, hosted by Freda’s Voice. Each week we feature one books and share it’s first line as well as a line from page 56. The “Question of the Week” is hosted over at Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. To see all my #FLF/#BookBeginnings/#Friday56 posts, check out my archive. I’ve also recently published my Reading Stats from 2018 as well as my Blog Stats from 2018!

Happy Friday! On my blog, I’m sharing the anthology Romancing the Rancher’s Daughter. Here I will share the first line in Chapter 21 in the second story, A Measure of Mercy by Debra E. Marvin. When dampness kept Witt’s shirt stuck to his back, and a much more feminine glisten shone on Addy’s brow, he motioned her away from the dance floor in favor of refreshments and a much-needed break. Have a wonderful weekend!

I’m not sure about deep fried soda pop, but I do think Crimival sounds good! Those are some great questions to consider before going after that book! I hope you have a great weekend.
